Contest #198 answer: Llívia, Spanish enclave in France

On July 5th Gary tweeted: “Can you guess where I am? Clue: Everywhere I look I see Spain and everywhere I look I see France.”

The answer of course was: Llívia, which is a Spanish enclave in the south of France.

It was not easy this week, kudos to mccrumplair for finding it without the hint.

  1. Technically you are right. It is a Spanish exclave, but a French enclave… 😉

Looking from the perspective of Spain it is a Spanish exclave. Looking from the perspective of France it is a Spanish enclave. It never gets French it is Spanish in any way.
