It was built in the early 18th century and privately owned ever since.
The current owner is 90 years old and decided to sell the hous.
Asking price is £ 7,000,000,- which doesn’t seems much. But you will get a renovation report with your purchase, advising you to do some restoration work for about £ 40,000,000,-

My five years are over and it makes me a bit sad to leave you all.

I’m gonna miss you all.

But you will be in good hands. Andrew Giles (ACG) and Paul Franson will take over from me and I am sure that they will come up with some amazing contests, as they are renowned players in this contest.
I wish them all succes and from me it is: So long and thanks for all the fish

Contest #370 problem

When I took the screenshot for contest #370 early last week, the image shown on the contest popped up. The image date in Google Earth is 12/22/2013. However when you go to the same location now, somehow the image has been replaced by an older version, with image date 10/25/2011. The newer image of the contest still shows up when you click on the ‘historic imagery icon’.

(Thanks to Steve Willis and Phil Ower for alerting me)

Because of this I decided to skip this weeks contest and come up with a new contest #370 next Friday, feel free to submit your answer, however it won’t be added to your score

Here is the current imagery:
