It’s Spotted Lake, located near the town of Osoyoos in British Columbia, Canada. It’s a sacred lake for the Okanagan People.

Luckily the hint was delivered before the contest was over, otherwise I was sunk. I have driven down this road on a couple of occasions, but don’t recall seeing this spot. But, to be fair, this road is full of beautiful views!

But anyway: this is located at 49.0780620, -119.56635475 and I have really no idea what it could be. It looks like some salt pits to me.
