Brooklands was the worlds first purpose-built motor race circuit.

Famous for its banked high speed track it was in use from 1907 until 1939.

Brooklands also hosts one of the first British airfields and during WW II it was used for military aircraft production.

Nowadays it is an industrial estate and also hosts the Brooklands Museum and the Mercedes-Benz World

The Hansestadt Stralsund lies in Northern Germany, in the former DDR, near the Baltic Sea and was one of the oldest members of the Hanseatic League.
