This monument to the victims of persecution because of sexual preference was built originally in 1987 to memorialize those who had been killed by the Nazis. Today it has be rededicated to a memorial to all homosexual men and women who have been persecuted and murdered. It also celebrates thos who have fought for the freedom and human rights of LGBTQ members.
