The first of a pair of amusement parks built to exploit the large and increasing fascination with all things Dinosaur, Field Station: Dinosaurs (New Jersey) originally opened in 2012 outside of Secaucus, then moved to its current location in 2017. A second park was opened in 2018 outside of Wichita, Kansas.
The park is built like a zoo, with various animatronic sculptures replacing live animals.
