Gadani Beach is a beach on the Arabian Sea located near the Hub River and Cape Monze in Gadani, Lasbela District, Balochistan, Pakistan.
Gadani Beach is the location of Gadani ship-breaking yard, which is one of the world’s largest ship-breaking yards.
Gadani, Pakistan. World’s largest ship breaking site.
At the center of the photo at 25.086180, 66.705590 is the Gaddani Ship-breaking yard, outside of Karachi, Pakistan. I looked all up and down the Bangladeshi coast near Chittagong before realizing it wasn’t the famous ship-breaking yard there!
Interesting note, Google Earth and Google Maps satellite imagery are out of sync at this site – a different set of ships are beached there in the Maps version.
Gaddani Ship Breaking Yard, Parkistan
I am wondering why my answer for no 441 did not deserve a point?
