Well, I recognized that one immediately 🙂
It is too easy for me, as I even took a trip around the lake a couple of years ago.
That is Bözödújfalu in Hungarian (it was a 99% Hungarian village), Bezidu Nou in Romanian which was inundated by the crazy Ceausescu and the white dot in the middle of the lake is the spire of the church. In times of drought, however, one can simply walk in and take a look at the remaining walls of the church and of some of the houses of the village as well.

The shadows were missleading, because they look like the sun stands north – so i searched only the below the northern tropic.
