This looks very much like a Koninginnedag (Queen’s day) celebration somewhere in Holland. Haven’t been able to find this crowd, though 🙁
Burgplatz Leipzig, early in the morning (10:30) Dutch Fansclub party. 2/3 hours later the whole city would be orange! especially Augustplatz
