Contest #344 answer: St Michael’s Mount, Cornwall, England

It is not as well known as Mont Saint-Michel, but has the same name and the same characteristics.
St Michael’s Mount is a tidal island at the south coast of Cornwall. And -like its French counterpart- only accessible at low tides by a causeway.

st-michaels-mount

It was bought in 1659 by Colonel John St. Aubyn and still in the St. Aubyn family today.

Contest #343 answer: Belhai, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, China

n 2006 it seemed a good idea to build over a 100 villas in a region of the city of Belhai for the well-to-do.

Belhai

But now, more than 6 years after completion, they are still unsold and deteriorating at a great pace.

Kudos to everyone who found it, because I thought it was quite hard this week
