Termini Imerese is a small town at the Northern coast of Sicily.
In the ancient Roman times it was destroyed by the Carthaginian army under Hannibal, but rebuilt under the name of Thermae.

The former Amphitheatre was evntually built over with houses, but its shape is still recognisable in Google Earth.
