We’re thinking of starting a new reward for series winners 🎉
At the end of every series, the winner can submit a location puzzle of their choice (optional), and we’ll feature/post it in the next series.
If there are multiple winners, we’ll post their submissions one by one in upcoming series.

Not a good idea. I prefer when 1 guy/1 team posts a series, meaning around a thema.
You do not say how the points are calculated…
The points have been calculated the same way since ages. 2 points for correct answers before the hint, 1 point after the hint.
As for themes, there were series where there was no theme at all, just random puzzles.
To be honest, I don’t really feel the need for that myself. I think the game is fine as it is at the moment. So I agree with zorro the fox.
I think Zorro the fox means the points calculation for the own contest – but this should also be clear: can only be 2 points
I like all of the contests, either a series of a theme or completely mixed ones.
I would also agree with the new idea to post some own ideas when I am one of the winners.
Maybe it should be only a CAN-solution, not a MUST-solution. If player do not want to bring their own ideas, the do not have to
Of course it is optional, as Ashwini expressly indicated. Previously there have been player-posted puzzles and of course the poster gets 2 full points for their own puzzle.
