Contest #389: Bali’s first toll road, built across the Gulf of Benoa
In 2013, Bali opened the Bali Mandara Toll Road to deal with issues with the only road around the main international airport.
The toll road is 13 km long, and crosses the Gulf of Benoa on more than 33,000 concrete pillars.
