Ilha da Queimada Grande is a 110 acre island in the Atlantic Ocean, near the Brazilian coast of São Paulo,Brazil.

It is uninhabited, which is no wonder considering there is a Golden Lancehead viper on every square meter on this island, hence its nickname: snake island.
