Contest #262 answer: GM test track, Guangde, Anhui province, China

General Motors has opened the largest vehicle proving grounds in China.
In total there are 60 kilometers of test roads which can held up to 140 vehicles at the same time.

The track is so huge that it can hardly be missed in Google Earth. Currently you can view it in the construction stage two years ago. Just look 200 km West of Shanghai and it will already pop-up at an eyesight of 50 kilometers.
