Contest #73 Answer: Durrat Al Bahrain
Located in the Persian Gulf is the Small Kingdom of Bahrain, and another massive artificial island development project, Durrat Al Bahrain (aka Pearl of Bahrain). Bahrain has one of the fastest growing and “Freest” economies in the Middle East. Some estimates schedule the opening sometime in 2009 with completion in 2015, and eventually these islands will be home to some 60,000 people.
